What are the training packages?
Downloadable PDF guides on nutrition, recovery, at-home workouts, or the full bundle—packed with drills and pro tips. For each package I have created an easy to use guide for hockey players that includes all the tips, tricks and advice I can offer from my professional hockey journey!  
When will they be available?
I am trying to get the packages out as soon as possible to help players with their summer training. You can expect a release date around July for the first two packages, and more are on the way, including a Mobility and Recovery packages, and a Hockey Sense Guide!
