By registering for this camp, I agree to the following:

Respect & Sportsmanship:

Participants must show respect to coaches, staff, teammates, opponents, and facilities at all times.

Safety & Equipment (On-Ice Camps):
For all on-ice sessions, participants must wear full hockey gear—including helmet, neck guard, and mouth guard—and ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.

Appropriate Clothing (Off-Ice Sessions):
Participants must wear suitable athletic clothing and footwear for all off-ice and dryland training sessions.

Attendance & Punctuality:
Participants should arrive on time and prepared for each session to ensure the best possible training experience.

Conduct & Behavior:
Any behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate by staff may result in immediate dismissal from the camp without refund.

Medical Conditions & Injuries:
Participants must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or special needs prior to camp. I understand hockey and athletic training involve inherent risks, and Peak Hockey and its staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during camp activities.

Liability & Waiver:
I acknowledge that participation in hockey camp activities carries potential risks. By registering, I waive any claims against Peak Hockey, its coaches, and facility staff arising from injuries or damages incurred during camp activities.

No Bullying Policy:
Peak Hockey maintains a zero-tolerance policy on bullying or harassment of any kind. Violators will be dismissed without refund.

Property & Belongings:
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Peak Hockey is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Media Release:
I understand Peak Hockey may capture photos or video footage during camp for promotional purposes, and I consent to their use.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
You may request a full refund up to 10 days before the camp start date. After this point, no refunds will be provided.
